Yummy Berry Smoothie Recipe

Anyway, for the smoothie, first you need to combine 1 cup low fat raspberry yoghurt and 1/4 cup cranberry juice in a blender. Add 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 - 3 cups.

Each serving contains 650kJ, 0.5 g of fats, 4 mg cholesterol, 90 mg sodium, 28 g of carbohydrates, 3 g of dietary fibre and 8 g of protein.
